INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. The recipient is solely responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

No returns for international shipments.

General Shipping Information 

We want you to receive it asap. We typically process orders within 24 hours. Delivery times are estimates provided by United States Postal Service or United Postal Service and are stated in business days once order is placed within the postal system. We ship all orders next business day after payment Monday through Friday. Please keep in mind the postal service offers estimates of delivery times, not guarantees, therefore we do not guarantee delivery times. There could be potential delays but please track your package as tracking information will be provided to you when your item(s) is shipped. 

During the holidays expect delays in shipments and plan accordingly. 

Make sure you include a valid US Postal address or your item will be returned and a re-shipping fee will apply.
